Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Business Systems Analyst&nbsp;who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely MI&nbsp;reporting to support decision-making by developing reports and dashboards, utilizing and maintaining management information systems and analyzing data.<h2>During your day you will:</h2>&nbsp;<ul><li>Be responsible for preparing periodic and ad hoc reports, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and timely for further analysis from Controlling department</li><li>Maintain and manage data in SAP (mainly CO, PS), BW, SAC, and other relevant systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Utilize system capabilities to develop and set up dashboards and reports, including providing relevant recommendations to Head of Financial Planning &amp; Control</li><li>Communicate with MOH’s IT, external service providers and consultants to develop, maintain, and upgrade current systems and processes</li><li>Collaborate with MOH’s Strategy &amp; Planning, Group Reporting and Group IR to optimize Group MOH management reporting and accommodate periodic and ad-hoc requests.</li><li>Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize data management and reporting efficiency</li><li>Conduct thorough testing and validation of new reports and system updates to ensure accuracy and reliability before implementation</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2>&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Informatics</li><li>Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus</li><li>2-5 years of experience at MIS/IT functions</li><li>Expertise in SAP environment (CO – PS modules), BW, SAC</li><li>Experience in creating dashboards and databases</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite, especially versed in Excel</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li></ul>

Business Systems Analyst

Lead the company’s environmental performance strategy, ensure full regulatory compliance, and drive programs that minimize environmental impacts (climate, air &amp; water emissions, biodiversity, resources/waste), with transparent reporting to Management and stakeholders. The role also has overall responsibility for the operation and oversight of the physico‑chemical Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for the communication and implementation of company’s environmental policy and Management’s commitment on environmental issues as well as for the training of the Company's personnel in this specific field.</li><li>Ensure end‑to‑end compliance with environmental permits and applicable legislation; coordinate the implementation of recommendations from competent public authorities.</li><li>Establish internal regulations and procedures and implement a comprehensive waste management program, in close collaboration with department heads and engineers.</li><li>Set up, monitor, and evaluate environmental KPIs and monitoring programs; drive corrective and preventive actions and report results to Management and authorities.</li><li>Prepare and submit required environmental studies/permits and reports (e.g., Environmental Impact Assessment, GHG emissions permit, Waste Management Plan, E‑PRTR reporting).</li><li>Develop the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensure its effective operation and certification.</li><li>Act as liaison with regulatory/inspection authorities (e.g., Ministry of Environment &amp; Energy, Region of Central Greece); accompany inspectors onsite and recommend procedural changes as needed.</li><li>Oversee the Wastewater Treatment Plant operation, ensuring compliance and approved discharge limits; organize sampling/analyses (pH, conductivity, BOD/COD, heavy metals) and maintain complete records (e.g., ΗΜΑ) for authorities and management.</li><li>Coordinate preventive maintenance and reliability of critical assets (balancing tanks, aeration/settling/filtration/RO systems), contingency plans, and handling of emergency wastewater (e.g., firefighting water).</li><li>Develop and manage the Environmental budget and oversee environmental suppliers/partners.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic School</li><li>Postgraduate studies and specialization desirable</li><li>Work experience for at least 5 years in a similar position with compliance / system responsibility</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Environmental issues</li><li>Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, change management, communication skills</li></ul>• Excellent knowledge of English• Knowledge of information systems&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise&nbsp;tasks effectively.</li></ul>&nbsp;BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package and a wide range of benefits
