What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical systems</li><li>Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance</li><li>Diagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficiently</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution</li><li>Manage spare parts in cooperation with spare parts Supervisor</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performance</li><li>Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in cooperation with maintenance planner</li></ul>Qualifications:What you will be dealing with:<ul><li>Involvement in complex interventions (all types).</li><li>Realize technical expertise (deep inspection before overhauls).</li><li>Train new hired shift technicians following competency list (Skill matrix).</li><li>Technical documentation owners: electrical diagrams, PLC programs, drives program, work instructions</li><li>Execute technical studies for improvements with business cases.</li><li>Manage technical obsolescence of electrical / electronical components</li><li>Identify improvement roadmap for maintenance team</li><li>Identify improvement roadmap for assets</li><li>Measure performance – dashboard - track PDCA progress.</li><li>Maintenance plan owner.</li><li>Spare parts stock definition owner</li><li>Local SAP-PM (or equivalent) administrator</li><li>Digital leader for maintenance</li></ul>What we would like you to have:We care about you as an individual, your attitude, behaviors and values.
