What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical systems

• Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance

• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficiently

• Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution

• Manage spare parts in cooperation with spare parts Supervisor

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performance

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in cooperation with maintenance planner

Qualifications:

What you will be dealing with:

• Involvement in complex interventions (all types).

• Realize technical expertise (deep inspection before overhauls).

• Train new hired shift technicians following competency list (Skill matrix).

• Technical documentation owners: electrical diagrams, PLC programs, drives program, work instructions

• Execute technical studies for improvements with business cases.

• Manage technical obsolescence of electrical / electronical components

• Identify improvement roadmap for maintenance team

• Identify improvement roadmap for assets

• Measure performance – dashboard - track PDCA progress.

• Maintenance plan owner.

• Spare parts stock definition owner

• Local SAP-PM (or equivalent) administrator

• Digital leader for maintenance
