We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Design Manager to strengthen our design team in Greece. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create user-centric and visually appealing designs. The UX/UI Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

• Oversee the entire design process per project, from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and consistent design standards.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops.

• Supervise user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the design process.

• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualification

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Proven experience in managing and leading design teams.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions clearly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
