A highly motivated Engineer with a well-rounded skillset, willing to play a key role in our multinational Projects by contributing to our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) and Risk Management strategies.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Development of Project QHSE-R documentation in line with Project Standards</li><li>Plan, organize and chair HSE Risk Assessment (HIRA) &amp; Project Risk (Quality, Schedule, Cost) workshops</li><li>Plan, coordinate and conduct of QHSE audits and Project Lessons Learned (LL) workshops</li><li>Conduct Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Quality and HSE Incidents</li><li>Develop, monitor, and analyse Project QHSE KPIs</li><li>Appointed Health &amp; Safety Engineer (via SEPENET) &amp; HS Coordinator to Greek projects</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Holder of a University/Technical Institute diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering</li><li>Preferred, but not limited to, candidates of more than 2 years of work experience</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn new skills</li><li>Comfortable to work in multinational project teams</li><li>Demonstrates team-oriented spirit</li><li>Able to travel (80% Office – 20% Site)</li></ul>Note: Junior-level candidates shall have a supporting role to a Senior Project QHSE EngineerThe Company Offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>Α unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health lnsurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>
