The Cost Optimization Consultant plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing cost reduction strategies across business operations, supply chains, and technology portfolios. As a Consultant in our Intelligent Asset Management practice, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to:<ul><li>Accelerate digital&nbsp;transformation journey for our clients in the areas of Asset Integrity / Reliability and Intelligent Asset Maintenance, through innovative solutions, including AI-led solutions</li><li>Reimagine manufacturing and materials processing with the power of AI-led insights, enabling Operations and Business realize higher operational efficiencies</li><li>Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance &nbsp;</li></ul>WORK YOU'LL DO:<ul><li>Responsible for providing functional consulting in Asset Management and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key IAM processes like Incident management, Process Analysis including also Product Safety.</li><li>Support the design, configuration, and technical implementation of IAM solutions with additional focus on data-driven asset management solutions, such as digital twins.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements. Prepare project &amp; resource plan and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.</li><li>Support the development of Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in IAM.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.</li><li>Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.</li><li>Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the IAM domain.</li></ul>QualificationWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<ul><li>Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes; postgraduate studies preferred)</li><li>Relevant work experience of 3-7 years in asset management implementation, maintenance execution, or reliability engineering.</li><li>Exposure to EAM platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle) and digital transformation projects.</li><li>Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil &amp; Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred.</li><li>Experience in data analysis, risk assessment, and performance optimization in asset-intensive environments</li></ul>Key skills:<ul><li>Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li><li>Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of IoT, Analytics and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement</li><li>Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage</li><li>Knowledge of the use of AI-Gen AI in IAM will be a plus point.</li></ul>WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to: life/health insurance, performance based bonuses, monthly vouchers, company car (depending on management level), flexible work arrangements, employee share purchase plan, TEA Accenture, parental leave, paid overtime (if needed) and various corporate discounts</li><li>Continuous hard and soft skills training &amp; development through global platforms &amp; local academy</li><li>Career coaching and mentorship to help you manage your career and develop professionally</li><li>Ongoing strengths and skills based evaluation process</li><li>Various opportunities to develop your career across a spectrum of clients, industries and projects</li><li>Diverse and inclusive culture</li><li>Corporate citizenship initiatives (access to volunteering opportunities, charity work ec.)</li><li>Under our Brain Regain initiative, extra relocation benefits may apply</li></ul>
