The Service Delivery Specialist role is a key contributor to the successful implementation and support of IT projects within the domain of corporate applications, including financial systems, retail, legal services, warehouse management, HRMS and ITSM platforms. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for Integrated Order Management (IOM) is responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of the IOM platform and provided services.
