At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly skilled Head Sommelier to join our Pelagos Restaurant and Astron Bar team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). Head Sommelier - Pelagos Michelin Star Restaurant & Astron Bar and Lounge (Seasonal 2026) REQ10368033

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Pelagos Restaurant and Astron Bar &amp; Lounge as a permanent member of our team. You will set the strategic vision, manage operations and finances, drive revenue and profitability, and mentor the next generation of restaurant leaders. We are currently looking for a Steward to join our Stewarding team and support the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence throughout the hotel.As a Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining clean and safe kitchen and front-of-house areas, handling dishware, flatware, silver, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
