Υπεύθυνη Τραπεζοκομίας

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly skilled Head Sommelier to join our Pelagos Restaurant and Astron Bar team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Pelagos Restaurant and Astron Bar &amp; Lounge as a permanent member of our team. You will set the strategic vision, manage operations and finances, drive revenue and profitability, and mentor the next generation of restaurant leaders.
