Intellectica is seeking a Customer Care Agent on behalf of its client, a fast-growing provider of integrated telecommunications and energy solutions. With long-standing strategic partnerships with leading providers in both sectors, the company delivers tailored connectivity and electricity services to a diverse portfolio of retail and business clients. Customer Care Agent

We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Agent to join our Commercial team at SKY express. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality post-flight customer support, handling inquiries, complaints, and compensation claims in line with EU Regulation 261/2004 and internal policies.
