About the job
We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Agent to join our Commercial team at SKY express. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality post-flight customer support, handling inquiries, complaints, and compensation claims in line with EU Regulation 261/2004 and internal policies. By ensuring accurate case assessment, compliant decision-making, and clear communication, you will actively contribute to service recovery and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage post-flight cases, complaints, and compensation claims in line with EU Regulation 261/2004.
Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused support across all post-flight communication channels.
Resolve customer issues efficiently using a solution-oriented, empathetic, and service-driven approach.
Maintain accurate CRM case records, documentation, and customer correspondence.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, data accuracy standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete and customer-ready case resolutions.
Competencies:
Strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving capability.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Team-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience is required. Aviation or hospitality experience is an asset.
Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
Proficient in IT (excellent knowledge of MS Office suite). Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an asset.
