The UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include an Office Coordinator to its constantly growing team.&nbsp;Location: Paiania, Head OfficesReports to: Human Resources Manager&nbsp;Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall reception desk responsibilities, which include:<ul><li>Greeting of visitors and visiting employees and directing them to the appropriate colleagues&nbsp;</li><li>Handling of all incoming and outgoing calls and inform colleagues</li><li>Managing the central email correspondence of Unison Group and forwarding to respective colleagues</li><li>Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence activities (courier)</li><li>Responsible for monthly ordering of stationery supplies</li><li>Corporate travel management</li><li>Participate in event organization activities</li><li>Provide assistance in ad hoc HR related projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Maximum 2 years of experience in reception or customer service position</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Excellent use of Greek language, both in writing and orally</li><li>Good knowledge of English</li><li>Excellent PC Skills use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Strong organization and prioritization skills</li><li>Excellent communication skill</li><li>Multitasking skills</li></ul>
