As a Brand Engagement and A&amp;I Manager you will be responsible to develop, drive and execute a consumer engagement strategy across A&amp;I, PR and eventing, to cultivate brand reputation, enhance brand image, and drive advocacy.You will be responsible for 2 main areas:&nbsp;Engagement• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop, drive and execute a consumer engagement strategy across A&amp;I, PR and eventing, aligned with brand equity and objectives and target audience insights.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience across various platforms.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Build engagement &amp; loyalty across social media platforms &amp; communities• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives across the consumer journey and ensure a cohesive brand experience.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive Shared Learning sessions for BU team &amp; wider community on key topics e.g. social insights, media trends etc.Advocacy &amp; Influence&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Define and implement a brand-specific A&amp;I strategy that outlines its role within the broader media mix, identifies key influencer personas, and incorporates CMO &amp; CDMO recommendations.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key influencers and brand advocates, building strong partnerships and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and execute impactful A&amp;I campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive measurable results, including amplification via paid media (branded content).• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor, analyze, and optimize A&amp;I activation performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and inform future campaigns.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as the guardian of the brand communication’s consistency &amp; relevancy to leverage brand love.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Adapt press releases &amp; key content assets.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee end-to-end influencer cooperation, contracts &amp; execution of local shoots.&nbsp;You have…&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar or associated role; experience in end-to-end influencer campaign management, event production and/or advocacy projects management.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field will be considered a plus.• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Solid understanding of the social media landscape &amp; passion for digital, including topics like influencers advocacy, creative content creation and social commerce.&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Established press &amp; influencers relationships.
