Bennett Pharmaceutical industry, an 100% Greek company, leader in pharmaceutical market, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmaceutical (OTC) Tele-Sales representative based in KifisiaMain responsibilities• Maintain &amp; develop the clientele in his/her areas of responsibility through daily communication via telephone &amp; e-mail• Implement different selling strategies to achieve agreement &amp; orders taking• Perform all the necessary reporting to internal stakeholders regarding the evolution of any crucial KPIs.• Excellent product’s detailing, effectively informing pharmacists regarding syntheses, competitive advantages and proper use• Excellent knowledge of the category &amp; the competition to create effective argumentation when needed• Forward to internal stakeholders, any complaints coming from the clients within the specified time limitsQualifications• Previous experience in sales via telephone or customer service• Previous experience in pharma/OTC sector will be considered a strong asset• Assertive, result-oriented professional with strong communication &amp; negotiation skills.• Ability to set priorities &amp; manage multiple stakeholders.• Very good knowledge of English (oral &amp; written), native Greek language.• Team player who pursues both individual &amp; team goals.Company offers• Competitive remuneration package.• Private medical health insurance.• Friendly and challenging working environment.• Career development and progression opportunities
