Decision Strategy Designer (PEGA)

The IoT Marketing Product Manager defines and executes the go-to-market strategy for Vodafone Business’s IoT portfolio, including solutions and connectivity services. The role focuses on boosting brand awareness, driving demand, and enabling sustainable growth through insight-led propositions, helping position Vodafone as a leader in IoT and digital transformation across enterprise and public sector.More specifically, you will:<ul><li>Define objectives and lead strategy, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market plans to grow market share.</li><li>Apply product and market insights to shape positioning, develop value propositions, and tailor messaging for internal and external use.</li><li>Drive sales engagement by ensuring commercial teams understand the IoT portfolio and strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with Marcoms to align on brand-building activities and B2B positioning.</li><li>Drive digital experience and take action to safeguard and improve segment NPS.</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>2–3 years of experience in marketing roles, including planning and execution</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market and customer insights into effective propositions</li><li>Proficient in data-driven decision-making and market/customer insights analysis</li><li>Effective communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across teams and drive alignment&nbsp;</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
