The Deputy Security Manager deputizes the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and assets of the airline. This role involves overseeing the documentation and implementation of security measures, coordinating with relevant authorities and third party security staff. The Deputy Security Manager also steps in for the Security Manager during absences and plays a crucial role in emergency response. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing company’s security policies and procedures. Monitor day-to-day security operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify, prevent and mitigate potential threats. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, to manage and respond to security threats. Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills and simulations. Ensure compliance with national and international aviation security regulations (e.g., TSA, ICAO, IATA). Prepare and submit security reports and documentation to regulatory authorities. Keep abreast of changes in security regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly. Lead investigations into security incidents or potential breaches. Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities during security incidents. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures following incidents. Oversee the maintenance and operation of security equipment, including surveillance systems, access control, and screening devices where applicable. Ensure a secure and positive experience for passengers, maintaining a balance between security and customer service. Train accordingly SKY express personnel on elements within the perimeter of the Security Manager area of responsibility. Competences: Excellent leadership and team work skills. Ability to assess and mitigate security risks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions during emergencies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Aviation Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Aviation Security Professional) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the aviation industry. Strong understanding of aviation security regulations and standards. The Online Travel Agent Accounts Executive is responsible for managing relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to drive revenue and ensure the smooth functioning of online booking channels. We are seeking a Last-Mile Operations Associate to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing the performance of our "Delivered by efood" services. In this role, you’ll ensure the efficiency and reliability of our last-mile logistics, making a direct impact on delivering exceptional service every day. What you'll do: Take ownership of time performance systems, ensuring they are properly maintained, utilized, and upgraded as necessary. Ensure that the times model aligns with the behavior of riders and partners, aiming to meet the promised delivery time to our customers. Track and analyze time performance metrics. Develop and maintain time performance dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance last-mile delivery efficiency. Serve as the point of contact for the central team, addressing any performance-related issues for the models of promised delivery time, preparation times, and delays. Collaborate with fleet Teams, vendor Performance team, and dispatch teams to develop and implement improvement plans. Work with the local Product Teams to enhance operational processes. What you need to be successful Strong ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for breakthroughs and innovations, including creating KPIs and finding benchmarks. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Data Studio for creating dashboards. General understanding of logistics processes, live operations, and tech support, along with a solid grasp of product and model definitions. Fluency in oral and written Greek and English (mandatory). Ability to effectively manage personal schedules and align with team planning. High attention to detail in working with numbers and data. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations. Capability to adjust to dynamic situations and evolving needs. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. We are currently searching for an experienced Product Analyst with the mission to make efood product better through data insights! You will work closely with Product teams and will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of product health and the customer experience. As a member of a multi-functional Product team, you will be responsible to align the development teams towards the company goals and be the main interface between the product and the tech team.
