The American College of Greece is seeking a Specialist – International and Immigration Services to provide administrative and student-facing support to the International Student Services Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting international and study abroad students throughout the visa, residence permit, and integration process, contributing to a positive and inclusive student experience.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the International Student Services Office in all matters related to visas, residence permits, back-office operations, and student communication, ensuring timely and accurate service.</li><li>Communicate with international students prior to their arrival in Greece and prepare visa support letters.</li><li>Support degree-seeking international students through one-on-one meetings, presentations, and email communication to ensure full and timely understanding of visa and residence permit processes.</li><li>Coordinate with the Business Affairs Office for the preparation of documents required for residence permits (e.g., tax number, health insurance).</li><li>Follow up with students during the residence permit process regarding pending documentation, biometric appointments, and related requirements.</li><li>Provide support to international and study abroad students in relation to international program services, activities, and excursions, ensuring their full participation and smooth integration into the ACG community.</li><li>Participate in events and excursions organized for international and study abroad students.</li><li>Perform all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>1–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer care, or student-facing roles.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.</li><li>Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of data gathering and reporting.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Effective interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.</li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong time management skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt and work effectively in culturally and ethnically diverse environments.</li></ul>Other requirements:<ul><li>Ability to travel and to work flexible hours as required to support departmental needs.</li></ul>

Specialist – International and Immigration Services

The American College of Greece is seeking a Specialist – Support Services to join the International Student Services Office. Specialist – Support Services, International Student Services

The Registrar’s Office at Deree – The American College of Greece seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of academic records, registration processes, and student services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of student academic information, while providing professional administrative support to students, faculty, and internal stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides administrative support to the RO team in order to ensure the smooth operation of the office.</li><li>Assists with daily office responsibilities.</li><li>Receives, maintains, and organizes student files accordingly.</li><li>Provides high – quality customer service to both undergraduate and graduate level students relating to online registration, add/drop, personal data changes</li><li>Assists during commencement ceremonies.</li><li>Troubleshoots technical and academic questions regarding academic records in order to provide customer service regarding the students’ review record process.</li><li>All other tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Previous relevant experience (1–2 years preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in the English language.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team Work</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li><li>Customer care oriented</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
