The Registrar’s Office at Deree – The American College of Greece seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of academic records, registration processes, and student services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of student academic information, while providing professional administrative support to students, faculty, and internal stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides administrative support to the RO team in order to ensure the smooth operation of the office.</li><li>Assists with daily office responsibilities.</li><li>Receives, maintains, and organizes student files accordingly.</li><li>Provides high – quality customer service to both undergraduate and graduate level students relating to online registration, add/drop, personal data changes</li><li>Assists during commencement ceremonies.</li><li>Troubleshoots technical and academic questions regarding academic records in order to provide customer service regarding the students’ review record process.</li><li>All other tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Previous relevant experience (1–2 years preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in the English language.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team Work</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li><li>Customer care oriented</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
