Drive & Storefront Account Specialist

Job Description:<ul><li>Monitor the marketplace and develop strategies for Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) categories, as well as new commercial/sales channels.</li><li>Participate in forecasting and actively monitor demand and sales performance for FFE products.</li><li>Keep a close eye on competitor activity, proposing adjustments to pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.</li><li>Regularly review product specifications and stay updated on product developments or updates in the fire fighting equipment field.</li><li>Engage directly in the product development process, working closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure product relevance and quality.</li><li>Represent the company and FFE products at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the product category.</li><li>Retain and develop business relationships with both local and international distributors, ensuring strong partnerships and growth opportunities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales – Middle East to join our Commercial team. This role supports the Director of Sales in driving revenue across Leisure, Group, and Middle East segments, strengthening key client relationships, and ensuring the hotel maintains its position as a premier luxury destination for high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and regional partners.You will assist in implementing the hotel’s sales strategy, guide the Sales team within your assigned segments, and proactively develop business opportunities across the Middle East market.
