You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of these machines by carrying out the 1st level of maintenance, which includes cleaning, lubrication, product set ups and adjustments. You will inform your supervisor of the machine efficiency, as well as, for any corrective and/or improvement actions that need to be taken. You will also participate in the preventive maintenance of these machines. You will be responsible for the training of the new machine operators. Finally, you will follow HSE and Quality regulations, as these are defined in our internal procedures.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities/Tasks:•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Start up and operation of Assembly &amp; Packaging machines •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for 1st level of maintenance •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Accountable for training new machine operators•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in machine improvements•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in preventive maintenance •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor and record machine interventions •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor and record product and machine parameters •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Carry out product changeovers and machine set ups •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Required to inform the Shift Supervisor and Production Supervisor •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate with QA, QC, Industrialization, Central Maintenance •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Able to identify safety issues and handle reporting to the Shift Supervisor •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for Quality Control of final product •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform pre-determined audit controls according to the inspection plan •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Το comply with health, safety and environmental rules in accordance with company's policy and prescribed procedures &nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;Required Skills• Technical School or Technical Institute Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, will beconsidered as a prerequisite• Certified with minimum licence of Technician (Mechanical or Electrical)• Adequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)• Advanced PC literacy (especially MS Office)• Work in shifts&nbsp;Preferred Skills• 3 years of working experience, preferably in industrial field&nbsp;Other Skills•Strong interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with BIC Team Members•Strong attention to detail, work ethic, sense of urgency, and desire to deliver results.
