Based in Aspopyrgos, Greece and reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned facilities, leading teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals, safety standards, and customer expectations.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:&nbsp;Managing the daily functions of multiple Distribution Centers, including storage layout, inventory control, order processing, dispatch, and coordination of all staff, supervisors, and shift leads<ul><li>Supervising cleanliness, proper equipment usage, infrastructure protection, and enforcement of workplace safety protocols for employees and visitors</li><li>Planning personnel resources, approving supply requisitions, monitoring cost-efficiency, and ensuring budget adherence to optimize operational productivity</li><li>Ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal SOPs, including health &amp; safety, food safety, and environmental standards, while overseeing audits, risk management plans, and KPI performance</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams and clients to manage order and inbound flows, resolve issues via ticketing systems, oversee reporting timelines, and monitor service quality and customer satisfaction</li><li>Leading staff evaluations, organizing training for internal and subcontracted teams, managing leave schedules, and fostering a performance-driven and team-oriented culture</li><li>Driving process improvements, managing inventory counts, supporting new warehouse layout proposals, and overseeing value-added projects such as repackaging and relabeling</li><li>Any other work that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or distribution center leadership role</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems and other digital tools is considered a strong plus</li><li>Solid understanding of workplace Health &amp; Safety standards and compliance practices</li><li>Fluent in Greek and proficient in English</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong organizational and planning skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving</li><li>Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and inspire performance</li><li>Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and collaboration</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships</li></ul>The company offers:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Private health insurance program</li><li>Friendly and dynamic working environment</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and growth</li></ul>
