Customer Service Supervisor, Contact Center

As an ICT Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for performing Presales Analysis and presenting Solutions for Vodafone’s ICT services to Private Corporate customers (Cloud, Integration &amp; Infrastructure solutions as well as Software as a Service products). As a Submarine Cable Senior Enginee, you will be focused on managing submarine cable systems and facilities at the Tympaki Station in Crete, Greece, ensuring operational readiness and customer service quality. As a Senior Network Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading network programs or projects of increased complexity and business importance for Vodafone.More specifically, you will:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage the full lifecycle of &nbsp;complex Network programs and projects: feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance and implementation of network platforms, in all Network technology areas (Mobile&amp;Fixed Access, Voice&amp;Data Core, Services, Transmission &amp; Transport, Digital &amp; OSS). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Interface and collaborate with Network Strategy &amp; Engineering &nbsp;Market Delivery Manager, vertical Managers and Network domain experts allocated for aforementioned &nbsp;Projects, as well as &nbsp;Business stakeholders – Report on CxO level when required. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Apply Feasibility Assessment &amp; Delivery Management Network Strategy &amp; Engineering processes • &nbsp; &nbsp;Define the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external stakeholders. The VAS Assurance Associate Engineer is responsible for providing 1st level support and troubleshooting for Value-Added Services (VAS) within the mobile domain, as well as for the Prepay platform.
