We are looking for a "Player-Coach" mentality - someone who loves solving complex customer problems but is also obsessed with how we solve them.&nbsp;&nbsp;🧩 What You Will Do<ul><li>Complex Resolution: Handle high-priority and complex inquiries across multiple channels, acting as the final point of resolution for escalated cases.</li><li>Marketplace Logic: Navigate the complex relationship between our customers, our courier partners, and our marketplace merchants to find fair solutions..</li><li>Data &amp; Insights: Use Excel/Google Sheets to track personal and team trends. You don’t just close tickets; you tell us why the tickets are happening.</li><li>Mentorship: Assist in onboarding new team members and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for peer questions.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our workflows (Salesforce/Internal Tools) and suggest actionable improvements.</li><li>Schedule: Our department operates Monday–Saturday (09:00–21:00). Flexibility to work within these rotating shifts is required.</li></ul>&nbsp;✅ Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably within E-commerce or Online Marketplaces. You understand the difference between a "retailer" and a "platform."</li><li>Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a major plus) and confident using collaboration tools (Slack, Teams).</li><li>Data Literacy: You are comfortable with data. You can navigate Google Sheets/Excel to organize your work and report findings.</li><li>Soft Skills: You have high emotional intelligence. You are comfortable handling inquiries across Phone, Chat, and Email.</li><li>The Vibe: You are obsessive about being helpful. You are warm, professional, but you have personality.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: You are a digital native. Learning new software (like Salesforce or ticketing systems) comes naturally to you. Experience in such software is a plus.</li><li>Resilience: E-commerce moves fast. You can switch tasks quickly and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume periods.</li><li>Communication: Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal) with a C2 level Certification or Native speaker status.
