BI Analyst

However, your role could include and may require you to:<ul><li>Work with client stakeholders to define business requirements and articulate them into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Conduct stakeholder interviews or support client workshops to capture business or technical requirements for financial risk management solutions.</li><li>Support the implementation of financial risk management solutions including configuration, customization, solution development and integration.</li><li>Utilize a range of tools to perform data analyses and visualizations, delivering meaningful insights to clients.</li><li>Provide strategic advice regarding forthcoming changes in the regulatory environment and their implications to our clients’ business and reporting requirements.</li><li>Support the development of client bids and presentations of proposals.</li><li>Draft policy and process manuals.</li><li>Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including clients and Deloitte network.</li></ul> #WinningRequirementsWe are specifically seeking professionals who possess both technical and business skills, can clearly articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and can demonstrate the following:<ul><li>University degree in Engineering, Data Science/Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.</li><li>At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in risk management, data management, and/or solution development or implementations within consulting or financial services.</li><li>Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS, is considered an asset.</li><li>Understanding of the regulatory framework (CRR/CRD) and its implications for financial institutions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek, verbally and in writing.</li><li>Strong familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong analytical and presentation skills.</li><li>Professional approach and proactive attitude.</li><li>Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).</li></ul>
