Intellectica is recruiting a passionate and talented&nbsp;Designer&nbsp;on behalf of a leading London-based architecture and design studio, that provides architectural services across a wide range of project types. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to both the Lead Architect and the Managing Director, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality design solutions, primarily for residential, commercial and office interior projects.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Supporting the design and development of creative concepts for residential, commercial, and interior projects</li><li>Producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using ArchiCAD (2024), aligned with project goals and design direction</li><li>Collaborating with senior team members to develop and refine design presentations and technical documentation</li><li>Assisting in the creation of feasibility studies, mood boards, and visual presentations to clearly communicate design intent to clients</li><li>Coordinating with internal team members and external consultants or suppliers as required throughout the project</li><li>Contributing to the maintenance of design quality across all stages of the project lifecycle</li><li>Staying informed about current design trends, materials, and innovative techniques, especially in the residential and interior design domains</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in architectural design working in an architectural or design studio, with a strong focus on residential and office interior projects</li><li>Proficiency in&nbsp;ArchiCAD&nbsp;(2024) and/or other relevant 2D &amp; 3D software</li><li>Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)</li><li>Strong rendering skills will be highly appreciated</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Ability to think outside the box by generating innovative design concepts</li><li>Can-do attitude showing willingness to take on responsibilities and go the extra mile</li><li>A genuine enthusiasm for architectural design and a strong interest in staying updated with industry trends</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Apply Now
