What your day-to-day will look like:
You will receive specialist training for a worldwide financial institution that provides innovative banking and financial services to top-tier companies around the globe. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting customers with bank account management
Assisting in international transactions on behalf of clients
Providing banking guidance and solutions
Requirements – what you need to succeed in this role:
Fluency in Dutch (C1 minimum) and good English communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset; experience is a bonus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills
Empathy and problem-solving abilities
