We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.&nbsp;Starting with the role:Currently we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run the end-to-end attraction and recruitment of candidates for junior to middle level positions in the organization and to promote Motor Oil as an employer of choice in the market.<h2>Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου</h2>During your day you will:<ul><li>Conduct end-to-end recruitment for junior to middle management roles, including CV screening, structured behavioral interviews, personality &amp; potential assessment and internal stakeholder alignment</li><li>Prepare, post, and manage internal and external job advertisements to meet the Group’s evolving recruitment needs</li><li>Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and psychometric testing logistics</li><li>Actively support the design and delivery of employer branding (EB) campaigns under the supervision of the Head of TA</li><li>Monitor and maintain recruitment data in SuccessFactors or other relevant HR systems; contributes to the generation of dashboards and reporting</li><li>Participate in career days, events, and targeted campaigns to strengthen the Group’s talent pipeline</li><li>Create proactively Talent poos for the main talent focus areas (operations, commercial, technology, finance etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Managers (HRBPs) to ensure a seamless and timely hiring process, as well as a positive candidate experience</li><li>Adhere to group-wide recruitment strategy and processes and support continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h2>Κύρια Προσόντα</h2>What you need to stand out:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or other similar discipline</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment</li><li>Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or MBA will be considered as a plus</li><li>Experience with hiring across multiple departments/sectors in specialists, junior and middle management positions</li><li>Solid understanding of structured behavioral interviews, psychometric assessment tools (e.g. SHL), and recruitment best practices</li><li>Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>Επιπλέον Χαρακτηριστικά</h2>&nbsp;<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Accountability and results orientation</li><li>Planning, organization and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work individually and as part of a team</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
