As a Bank Financial Statement Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the Bank’s Financial Statements according to the International Accounting Standards (IAS). &nbsp;What you will be doing<ul><li>Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements for the Bank and Holding companies, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.</li><li>Conduct accounting entries and prepare the Bank’s Annual Financial Statements, ensuring strong level of control is maintained.</li><li>Participate in reconciling Bank accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts, to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and there are no discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain and update the Bank’s general ledger, recording all financial transactions and ensuring they are correctly categorized and posted.</li><li>Assist in Statutory Audits on matters arising during the audit process for the Bank’s Financial Statements.</li></ul> &nbsp;What you need to have<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>&nbsp;A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or relevant field will be considered a plus.</li><li>One to three (1-3) years of professional experience in Financial, Regulatory or Risk Reporting and Audit related services.</li></ul>What we offerIt’s all about our people. Bank Financial Statement Associate

As a Human Risk &amp; Awareness Specialist, you will work with the CS GRC Human Risk &amp; Awareness team within the Ahold Delhaize Group to deliver the cybersecurity awareness program. You will support the design and execution of initiatives that raise employee awareness, promote secure behaviors, and reduce human-related risks. Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating local sessions and communications, and collecting data to improve outcomes. You will also contribute to awareness events, the security champions program, phishing simulations, human risk assessments, and new strategic initiatives that enhance resilience and innovation in security practices.What you will focus on<ul><li>Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs that educate employees on current threats and best practices to protect themselves and the organization. Training will be provided through multiple formats, including in person sessions, online courses, and video content.</li><li>Develop engaging cybersecurity awareness content including posters, flyers, and email templates to reinforce best practices.
