Your main purpose Website Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update website content, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. Ensure all site features are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s standards. Work closely with the Website Product Manager to implement necessary updates from the product roadmap. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute on-page SEO best practices to enhance visibility and organic search rankings. Manage keyword optimization, meta tags, and site structure in coordination with SEO strategies set by the SEO partner. Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEO tools such as SEMrush. Website Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and report key website metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior. Set up and maintain tracking with Google Tag Manager to monitor user interactions. Provide regular performance reports to the Website Product Manager and offer insights to support data-driven decisions. Your main purpose Connectivity Management: Oversee and manage the integration of the resort’s property management system (PMS) with OTAs, GDS, and other e-commerce platforms.Ensure that data flow between systems is accurate, timely, and secure.To Develop and monitor eCommerce strategies to drive online bookings and revenue growth.Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and reservations teams to align eCommerce efforts with broader business objectives and Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth                             Content and Rate Management: Coordinate with the Revenue Management team to ensure that rates, promotions, and availability are accurately uploaded and updated across all connected platforms. Maintain consistency in the resort’s digital content, including images, descriptions, and other relevant data on all third-party websites. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all digital transactions and connections comply with relevant security standards and data protection regulations. Your key responsibilities Collaborating with data scientists on model integration and deployment. Setting up infrastructure and tools for deploying and monitoring models. Staying updated with advancements in MLOps/AIOps and contributing to EY innovation.   Skills and attributes for success   To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field. Experience in the fields of AIOps, MLOps or System Administration.  Demonstrated experience in deploying ML models into production environments. Participation in Kaggle competitions or personal ML projects can also demonstrate practical skills. Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable. Understanding how to leverage cloud resources for deploying and scaling ML models.   Ideally, you’ll also have Proficiency in DevOps practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated software testing is essential. Knowledge of infrastructure components like servers, storage systems, and networking is valuable.
