Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις φιλική και προσανατολισμένη στις πωλήσεις εξυπηρέτηση σε εστιατόριο, bar, lounge και χώρο ηλιοθεραπείας.
- Χρησιμοποιείς σωστά το Σύστημα λήψης παραγγελιών (WOS).
- Εκτελείς όλες τις Δραστηριότητες Food & Beverage, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εκδηλώσεων και ειδικών περιστάσεων.
- Διασφαλίζεις την καθαριότητα εστιατορίου, bar, βοηθητικών χώρων, lounge και χώρου ηλιοθεραπείας σύμφωνα με τα Πρότυπα HACCP.
- Συμμετέχεις σε εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα εν πλω και στις καθημερινές παρουσιάσεις μενού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα και καθορίζεις τα ελάχιστα επίπεδα αποθέματος.
