- Σχεδιάζεις, προγραμματίζεις και αναθέτεις βάρδιες και τμήματα στο προσωπικό.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις παρουσιάσεις ημερήσιου μενού και οργανώνεις εκδηλώσεις food and beverage στο πλοίο.
- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες, ελέγχεις την ευημερία τους και διαχειρίζεσαι κρατήσεις και θέσεις.
- Επικοινωνείς αλλεργίες και ειδικές ανάγκες επισκεπτών στις αρμόδιες ομάδες.
- Συντονίζεις την επικοινωνία με τον Executive Chef, την ομάδα μαγειρείου και την ομάδα bar.
- Διενεργείς μηνιαίες απογραφές, καταμετρήσεις αποθεμάτων και παραγγελίες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι εργασίες αποθεμάτων και τηρείς τους προϋπολογισμούς κόστους εστιατορίου.
- Τηρείς τα αρχεία διαχείρισης παρασίτων σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές δημόσιας υγείας.
- Ενημερώνεις για την απόδοση της ομάδας και εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης της εξυπηρέτησης.
- Επιθεωρείς την προετοιμασία του mise-en-place πριν από κάθε service.
- Παρακολουθείς το σύστημα Time & Attendance σύμφωνα με τη Maritime Labor Convention.
- Ηγείσαι και υποστηρίζεις πολυπολιτισμική ομάδα, παρέχοντας καθημερινή ανατροφοδότηση και επιχειρησιακές ενημερώσεις.
- Παρέχεις υψηλό επίπεδο άνεσης και εξυπηρέτησης στους επισκέπτες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και αναπτύσσεις μέλη της ομάδας για την επίτευξη των στόχων τους.
- Διενεργείς αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης και υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση, την επικοινωνία και τη διαδοχή προσωπικού.
- Εφαρμόζεις ασφαλείς διαδικασίες εργασίας και διατηρείς τα πρότυπα καθαριότητας και υγιεινής.
- Διασφαλίζεις την προστασία του εξοπλισμού και της εταιρικής περιουσίας.
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι η ομάδα γνωρίζει τα λιμάνια, τις εκδρομές και τις δραστηριότητες του πλοίου.
- Συμβάλλεις στην επίτευξη των ποιοτικών και οικονομικών KPI του εστιατορίου.
- Συμμετέχεις σε εκπαιδεύσεις ασφάλειας, πυρασφάλειας και εκκένωσης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επάρκεια στην ιαπωνική και αγγλική γλώσσα
- Εμπειρία ως Head Waiter και εμπειρία σε πλοίο
- Λειτουργία εστιατορίου και λειτουργία food and beverage
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση πολυπολιτισμικών ομάδων
- Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και διαχείριση απόδοσης
- Προγραμματισμός προσωπικού, διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και πολιτικές δημόσιας υγείας
