The Department of Economics at Deree – The American College of Greece invites applications for a part-time faculty position in Economics for the upcoming academic term.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate level courses in:
Managerial Economics
Selected Topics in Microeconomic Theory
Required Qualifications:
PhD in Economics or a closely related field from an accredited institution
Demonstrated teaching ability in economics at the university level
Research activity in areas related to microeconomic theory, managerial economics, industrial organization, applied microeconomics, or related fields
Excellent command of English
Desired Qualifications:
Evidence of scholarly publications and ongoing research
Experience teaching in an international and/or American-style higher education environment
Ability to connect theoretical economic analysis with real-world applications and decision-making
