- Συμμετέχεις σε προγράμματα υποστήριξης εργαζομένων, αναφορών και εκπαίδευσης.
- Κλιμακώνεις ζητήματα που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση ή την τήρηση των απαιτούμενων KPI.
- Τηρείς μέτρα ασφάλειας, εμπιστευτικότητας και λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
- Ελέγχεις καθημερινά ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο μέσω υπολογιστή, όπως βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ κοινωνικών δικτύων.
- Αξιολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ευφράδεια στα Ολλανδικά και στα Αγγλικά
- Εφαρμογή και αξιολόγηση περιεχομένου με χρήση πολιτικών περιεχομένου
- Παρακολούθηση αναφορών και κλιμάκωση ζητημάτων
- Προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία, διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες και ενσυναίσθηση
- Πολιτισμική επίγνωση
- Εξοικείωση με τους υπολογιστές, τήρηση KPI και εμπιστευτικότητα
