- Αξιολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
- Κλιμακώνεις μέσω των κατάλληλων καναλιών αλλαγές που επηρεάζουν την απόδοση ή τη διατήρηση των απαιτούμενων KPIs.
- Συμμετέχεις σε προγράμματα υποστήριξης εργαζομένων, αναφορών, εκπαίδευσης και ευεξίας.
- Τηρείς τα μέτρα ασφάλειας, την εχεμύθεια και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Βουλγαρικών.
- Εφαρμογή πολιτικών περιεχομένου και Content moderation.
- Αξιολόγηση περιεχομένου και παρακολούθηση αναφορών κακοποίησης.
- Ισχυρή γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία.
- Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες και ενσυναίσθηση.
- Πολιτισμική επίγνωση και επίγνωση πολιτικών και κοινωνικών θεμάτων.
