- Ελέγχεις ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο, όπως βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ κοινωνικών δικτύων.
- Αξιολογείς περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
- Παρακολουθείς αναφορές κακοποίησης και επιβάλλεις με ακρίβεια τους όρους χρήσης.
- Κλιμακώνεις μέσω των κατάλληλων καναλιών αλλαγές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση ή τα KPI.
- Τηρείς τα μέτρα ασφάλειας, την εμπιστευτικότητα και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
- Συμμετέχεις σε προγράμματα υποστήριξης, αναφορών, εκπαίδευσης και ευεξίας εργαζομένων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άπταιστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Εβραϊκών, με ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και προφορικής επικοινωνίας.
- Content moderation, έλεγχος ψηφιακού περιεχομένου και εφαρμογή πολιτικών περιεχομένου.
- Ερμηνεία πολιτικών και παρακολούθηση αναφορών κακοποίησης.
- Ισχυρές προφορικές και γραπτές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, με ανεπτυγμένες διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Ενσυναίσθηση και πολιτισμική επίγνωση πολιτικών και κοινωνικών ζητημάτων.
- Διαχείριση KPI, εμπιστευτικότητα και συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας.
