- Συντονίζεις τα ταξιδιωτικά σχέδια για τον CSO και την Εμπορική Ομάδα
- Προετοιμάζεις αλληλογραφία και επικοινωνίες που αφορούν τον CSO και την Εμπορική Ομάδα
- Φιλτράρεις κλήσεις και ερωτήσεις, κρατάς αρχείο κλήσεων και μηνυμάτων για τον CSO και την Εμπορική Ομάδα
- Προετοιμάζεις και επεξεργάζεσαι παρουσιάσεις, αναλύεις και συγκεντρώνεις δεδομένα για την προετοιμασία αναφορών
- Παρέχεις γενική διοικητική υποστήριξη στον CSO και την Εμπορική Ομάδα
- Διατηρείς το σύστημα αρχειοθέτησης σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις των αρμοδίων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άπταιστα αγγλικά
- Γνώση Η/Υ
- Γνώση βασικών όρων ναυτιλίας
- Γνώση οικονομικών όρων
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Πολυδιεργασία

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Works closely with the CSO and the Commercial Team and keeps them updated on upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Coordinates travel arrangements for the CSO and the Commercial Team.
Prepares correspondence and communications pertaining to the CSO and the Commercial team.
Filters calls, enquiries and keeps log of incoming calls and messages for the CSO and the Commercial team.
Prepares and edits presentations, analyzes and assembles data for report preparation, as required.
Provides general administrative support to the CSO and the Commercial team.
Maintains filing system, as required by relevant parties.
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor degree in Shipping, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of basic shipping and finance terms will be considered an asset.
Fluency in English.
Computer literate.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Organization, multitasking and time management skills.
