- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες με πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες ασφάλειας και υγιεινής τροφίμων.
- Ικανότητα να εργάζεται υπό πίεση σε γρήγορο περιβάλλον.
- Πολυγλωσσικές ικανότητες, κυρίως άπταιστα Αγγλικά.
- Καθαριότητα και οργάνωση στους χώρους εργασίας.
- Διαχείριση πληρωμών και σωστή τιμολόγηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit a professional and motivated Waiter for a new hotel in Milos for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to guests by taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently.
Presenting menus and making recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
Coordinating closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Handling payments and maintaining accurate billing records.
Attending to guest needs promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and approachable personality.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
