- Αναλύεις επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες και ορίζεις απαιτήσεις μαζί με τους πελάτες
- Ηγείσαι και συμμετέχεις σε πλήρεις υλοποιήσεις SAP PM από το σχεδιασμό έως την υποστήριξη μετά την έναρξη
- Διεξάγεις εκπαίδευση πελατών, μεταφορά γνώσης και παρουσιάσεις λύσεων
- Τηρείς τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές στο σχεδιασμό, στην υλοποίηση και στην βελτιστοποίηση SAP PM
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με διαχειριστές έργων, λειτουργικούς συμβούλους και εμπλεκόμενους για επιτυχή παράδοση
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κινδύνους, αναβαθμίσεις και τήρηση SLA
- Καθοδηγείς νεότερα μέλη της ομάδας, διοργανώνεις συνεδρίες διαμοιρασμού γνώσεων και συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση
- Εκτελείς ανάλυση ελαττωμάτων, επίλυση θεμάτων και διαχείριση περιστατικών/αλλαγών/προβλημάτων
- Επιθεωρείς την ποιότητα, την ακρίβεια και τη συνάφεια της εργασίας
- Επιδεικνύεις κριτική σκέψη και οργανωμένη επικοινωνία με τους εμπλεκόμενους
- Ενημερώνεσαι για νέα χαρακτηριστικά, εκδόσεις, βελτιώσεις και τεχνολογίες SAP PM
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance και Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Εμπειρία στην διασύνδεση SAP PM με τα modules MM και PP
- Ικανότητα ανάλυσης επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και διαμόρφωση SAP PM
- Δεξιότητες εκπαίδευσης πελατών και μεταφοράς γνώσης
- Συνεργασία με διαχείριση έργων και συμμετοχή σε διαχείριση περιστατικών/αλλαγών/προβλημάτων
- Ικανότητες καθοδήγησης, κριτικής σκέψης και επικοινωνίας σε αγγλικά και ελληνικά
- Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Technical fields
