- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα ERP καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια υλοποίησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου σχεδιασμού, χαρτογράφησης, δοκιμών και υποστήριξης go-live
- Συλλέγεις, αναλύεις και ορίζεις τις απαιτήσεις των πελατών με επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες
- Σχεδιάζεις τεχνικές λύσεις και υλοποιείς λογισμικό βάσει των επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για την ανάπτυξη νέων λειτουργιών και βελτίωση υφισταμένων
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση για την ομαλή εισαγωγή των χρηστών σε νέες λειτουργίες και περιβάλλον λογισμικού
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα έργου για την προτεραιοποίηση αναγκών πελατών και την ενεργή επίλυση προβλημάτων
