Τι θα κάνεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με stakeholders για να κατανοείς ανάγκες Procurement και να καταρτίζεις στρατηγικά πλάνα αγορών.
- Συντάσσεις τεύχη διαγωνισμού και βελτιστοποιείς τις διαδικασίες διαγωνισμών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη διαδικασία Procurement από τον εντοπισμό προμηθευτών έως το Contracting.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα αγορών και αναλύεις εμπορικούς όρους συμβάσεων.
- Τηρείς την πολιτική Procurement και συμβάλλεις στη βελτιστοποίηση κόστους.
- Συντονίζεις εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς stakeholders για τις ασφαλιστικές ανάγκες της εταιρείας.
- Παρακολουθείς τα έξοδα Procurement και αντιμετωπίζεις αποκλίσεις από τον προϋπολογισμό.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση διαδικασιών Procurement, Σχεδιασμός Procurement και Διαδικασίες διαγωνισμών
- Εντοπισμός και αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών, Contracting και Ανάλυση εμπορικών όρων
- Σύνταξη τευχών διαγωνισμού και Συμμόρφωση με την πολιτική Procurement
- Λειτουργίες SAP και MS Office Suite
- Βελτιστοποίηση κόστους και Παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμού
- Software procurement, Ασφαλιστικές δραστηριότητες και Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά
- Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
