- Πραγματοποιείς έρευνα αγοράς και benchmarking για την ανακάλυψη νέων προμηθευτών και εξασφάλιση ανταγωνιστικών τιμών
- Παρακολουθείς τις παραγγελίες αγοράς, την τιμολόγηση και τους χρόνους παράδοσης σύμφωνα με τους όρους των συμβάσεων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την ομαλή υλοποίηση των σχεδίων προμηθειών
- Αναπτύσσεις στρατηγικές προμηθειών για τη μεγιστοποίηση της αποδοτικότητας και την επίτευξη εξοικονόμησης κόστους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής συμβάσεων προμηθειών και διαπραγμάτευση με προμηθευτές
- Έρευνα αγοράς και benchmarking
- Παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών αγοράς
- Συνεργασία και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Microsoft Office και SAP
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών
- Ενεργητική προσέγγιση, ευελιξία και προθυμία για ταξίδια
- Χρηματοοικονομικά
Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Direct Procurement Specialist at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. You'll be responsible for:
Managing the entire lifecycle of procurement contracts, from creation to completion.
Negotiating with vendors and securing favorable agreements.
Conducting market research and benchmarking to discover new suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.
Monitoring purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery timelines according to contract terms.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement plans.
Developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings.
Job requirements
To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:
Degree in Finance or a related field.
2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in IT or Telecoms industries.
Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and flexibility, including willingness to travel internationally when needed.
