Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for an experienced and driven Entertainment & Lifestyle Team Leader to take ownership of content performance and execution within a dynamic digital environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as division-specific leads, managing day-to-day content production and ensuring content aligns with division objectives.
Oversee Content Editors and Content Experts within their division to ensure accuracy and quality.
Identify content gaps or improvement areas and propose solutions to the Content Manager.
Monitor KPIs for their division and ensure content meets SEO, branding, and engagement standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
Experience in leading or mentoring teams
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to content accuracy, tone and brand consistency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working cross-functionally.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
Experience working with KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and content performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
