- Συμμετέχεις στον ορισμό και την παρακολούθηση συγκεκριμένων σχεδίων όπως εκπαίδευση, engagement, ικανοποίηση εργαζομένων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση ταλέντου, υποστήριξη ανάπτυξης καριέρας και ορισμός σχεδίων εκπαίδευσης
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και συνεργασία
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Άνεση στη χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων HR και δεξιότητες αγγλικής γλώσσας
