Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις υπηρεσίες στη ρεσεψιόν σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του Ομίλου.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο εργασίας.
- Αναθέτεις εργασίες στους συναδέλφους της βάρδιας σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του προϊσταμένου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις αφίξεις και τις αναχωρήσεις των φιλοξενούμενων.
- Εξυπηρετείς τους φιλοξενούμενους και διαχειρίζεσαι προβλήματα ή επιθυμίες τους.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το ταμείο της υποδοχής.
- Ενημερώνεσαι και ενημερώνεις για προβλήματα στα δωμάτια φιλοξενούμενων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Protel και λειτουργίες υποδοχής
- Εξυπηρέτηση φιλοξενούμενων και διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
- Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας και ταμείου
- Microsoft Word και Microsoft Excel
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ανάθεση εργασιών βάρδιας
- Τουρισμόςκατά προτίμηση
