- Διατηρείς καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο εργασίας.
- Εξυπηρετείς φιλοξενούμενους για την επίλυση προβλημάτων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα φιλοξενουμένων.
- Παρέχεις γραμματειακή υποστήριξη.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία.
- Επικοινωνείς άμεσα με τον προϊστάμενο για την επίλυση προβλημάτων.
- Επικοινωνείς με τον Γενικό διευθυντή για την επίλυση προβλημάτων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση φιλοξενουμένων και διαχείριση παραπόνων.
- Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη και διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας.
- Επικοινωνία με προϊσταμένους.
- Άριστη γνώση ξενοδοχειακού προγράμματος Protel.
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ, Microsoft Word και Microsoft Excel.
- Γνώση αγγλικής και γερμανικής γλώσσας.
- Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
