- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας για διαχείριση πελατών και συνεργασία με προσωπικό
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων με αποτελεσματικότητα και επαγγελματισμό
- Διευκόλυνση εμπλοκής πελατών και upselling υπηρεσιών
- Διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και προσαρμοστικότητα σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον
- Τήρηση αρχείων και χρήση συστημάτων διαχείρισης ακίνητης περιουσίας όπως Opera
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και γνώση αγγλικών
