Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις και υλοποιείς ολοκληρωμένα σχέδια έργου με στόχο την έκταση, το χρονοδιάγραμμα, τον προϋπολογισμό και την κατανομή πόρων
- Συντονίζεις και συνεργάζεσαι με πολυεπιστημονικές ομάδες όπως μηχανικούς, προμήθειες και κατασκευές για επιτυχία του έργου
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο του έργου, εντοπίζεις πιθανούς κινδύνους και υλοποιείς στρατηγικές μετριασμού
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό του έργου και διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των οικονομικών ορίων
- Αναφέρεις τακτικά την κατάσταση, ορόσημα και κινδύνους στο ανώτερο management και τους ενδιαφερόμενους
- Λειτουργείς ως κύριο σημείο επαφής για πελάτες, εργολάβους και προμηθευτές, διατηρώντας ισχυρές σχέσεις
- Εμπλέκεις τους ενδιαφερόμενους για τη συλλογή απαιτήσεων, επίλυση συγκρούσεων και επίτευξη στόχων έργου
- Διοργανώνεις τακτικές συναντήσεις έργου και επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά ενημερώσεις, προσδοκίες και αποφάσεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 6+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Σχεδιασμός, συντονισμός και διαχείριση κινδύνων έργου
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και Επικοινωνία με ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς
- Ηγεσία και δεξιότητες διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας
- Προχωρημένη χρήση MS Office
- Πιστοποίηση στη Διαχείριση Έργων (προαιρετικά)
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
