- Συλλέγεις τεχνικά, λειτουργικά, χρονοδιαγράμματα και οικονομικά δεδομένα από τις ομάδες έργου και τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη
- Ενοποιείς δεδομένα έργων ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας σε πρότυπα εργαλεία παρακολούθησης και βάσεις δεδομένων
- Τηρείς ακριβή και ενημερωμένα αρχεία με ορόσημα, προϋπολογισμούς, χρονοδιαγράμματα, κινδύνους και παραδοτέα έργων
- Εξασφαλίζεις συνέπεια και ποιότητα των πληροφοριών έργων σε όλες τις πλατφόρμες αναφοράς
- Ανακτάς και αναλύεις δεδομένα έργων για την προετοιμασία περιοδικών και έκτακτων αναφορών στη διοίκηση
- Παράγεις αναφορές κατάστασης έργου, παρακολούθησης προϋπολογισμού, KPI dashboards και συνοπτικές παρουσιάσεις χαρτοφυλακίου
- Υποστηρίζεις τον Country Manager στην παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης έργων, εντοπισμό αποκλίσεων και παρακολούθηση διορθωτικών ενεργειών
- Προετοιμάζεις παρουσιάσεις και αναφορές διαχείρισης για εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους
- Συντονίζεις δραστηριότητες μεταξύ μηχανικών, ανάπτυξης, προμηθειών, κατασκευής και οικονομικών τμημάτων
- Παρακολουθείς χρονοδιαγράμματα, ενέργειες και παραδοτέα για την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση έργων
- Οργανώνεις συναντήσεις έργου, κρατάς πρακτικά και παρακολουθείς εκκρεμότητες
- Υποστηρίζεις τη συνεχή βελτίωση διαδικασιών αναφοράς έργων και προτύπων τεκμηρίωσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συντονισμός Έργου και Διαχείριση Προγράμματος
- Συλλογή και Ενοποίηση Δεδομένων έργων ενέργειας
- Reporting με χρήση Microsoft Office Suite
- Αναλυτικές Ικανότητες και Διαχείριση Χρόνου
- Επικοινωνιακές και Διαπροσωπικές Ικανότητες
- Γνώση Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας
