Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις και υλοποιείς ολοκληρωμένα σχέδια έργων με εύρος, χρονοδιάγραμμα, προϋπολογισμό και κατανομή πόρων
- Συντονίζεις και συνεργάζεσαι με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες όπως μηχανικούς, προμήθειες, κατασκευές και άλλους ενδιαφερόμενους
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο των έργων, εντοπίζεις πιθανούς κινδύνους και εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές αντιμετώπισης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό έργων και εξασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των οικονομικών περιορισμών
- Αναφέρεις τακτικά την κατάσταση των έργων, τα ορόσημα και τους κινδύνους στη διοίκηση και σε ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο επικοινωνίας με πελάτες, εργολάβους και προμηθευτές κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου
- Εμπλέκεσαι με ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς για τη συλλογή απαιτήσεων και επίλυση συγκρούσεων
- Διεξάγεις τακτικές συναντήσεις έργων και επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά ενημερώσεις, προσδοκίες και αποφάσεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 6+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηγεσία και Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- MS Office
- Διαχείριση Έργων, Διαχείριση Κινδύνων και Αναφορά
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Συμμετοχή Ενδιαφερόμενων Φορέων
- Συντονισμός Διατμηματικών Ομάδων
- Διαχείριση Προϋπολογισμού
