- Ακολουθείς τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες για την προετοιμασία, παραλαβή, αποθήκευση και υγιεινή των τροφίμων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προετοιμασία φαγητού, Mise en place και προετοιμασία πόστου
- Ανάγνωση και εκτέλεση συνταγών και διαδικασίες προετοιμασίας φαγητού
- Υγιεινή και απολύμανση τροφίμων, Ασφάλεια τροφίμων και Πρότυπα HACCP
- Ακρίβεια και Precision
- Αγγλικά
